Based on empirical research we analyze the interactional networks formed by institutional and individual agents involved in the incubation process of startups – information technologies area – in the Technological Incubator of Campina Grande (ITCG). Individual agents and the nature of social ties that result from the interaction process are identified. As a social construction, we seek to identify some aspects of the conditions and contradictions at the institutional level and also the relations of cooperation, competition, conflict and “inspiration”, derived from prevailing rationalities at the individual level. At the end, some considerations are made about unfulfilled expectations that would be conditioned to social arrangements in historical process for the formation of networks.Downloads
