This essay explores the tension between the Political Equality imperatives of Democratic politics and the secular trends toward social inequality in Latin America. Basically, the general patter examined is a Global Reach and represents a threat very serious for Political Theory as for real politics. In this work are discussed the mechanisms that transform social inequality in political inequality, and the actions that counteract the formation of political inectractabilities (Gordian Knots) in the democratic policy.Downloads
