Objective: To develop an educational game to guide healthcare professionals in the technique of positioning patients in the prone position and preventing compilations. Methods: The game was evaluated by 41 professionals (nurses, physiotherapists and doctors) using the Delphi technique and using the Content Validity Index test. Results: The majority of judges considered the game, in the first evaluation, to be between inadequate and completely adequate and the Content Validity Index ranged from 87.80 to 100.00. After making the corrections, the game was reassessed by the judges as adequate to completely adequate and the Content Validity Index was 97.57 to 100.00, characterizing it as excellent content. Conclusion: After an integrative literature review, the “Pronagem” game was developed and subjected to rigorous content and usability validation by experienced professionals in the field. The results of the second evaluation revealed a notable agreement between the judges, which characterizes the game as having excellent content.
