This paper presents results about governance of knowledge in postgraduate programs networks, focusing specifically on the dynamics of professional programs operating under a decentralized framework. The objective was to identify how formal integration mechanisms and knowledge flows are articulated within the governance structure of the National Professional Master’s Degree in Public Administration. A qualitative descriptive approach was applied, grounded in a single-case study design. Data collection involved the triangulation of semi-structured interviews and documentary analysis, facilitating a comprehensive and integrated perspective of the phenomenon. The findings indicate that knowledge governance within the network emerges from the interplay between formal instruments and operational flows. These are facilitated by technical outputs, digital systems, institutional agreements, and academic events. Such elements function interdependently, ensuring the circulation and practical application of generated knowledge. The study concludes that networked knowledge governance is inherently relational and co-evolutionary. Its efficacy relies on the continuous alignment between institutional coordination and practical flows, ensuring that the knowledge produced fulfills the program's objectives regarding professional and social impact.
