Social benefits programs for professionals brazilian as a way of retain talent: an exploratory study

Abstract


Had as objective to study what kinds of social benefits (BS) are available to professionals in Brazil and in which sectors of economic activity. Literature 35 BS types were identified. Data were collected by mail with the 4560 professional on LinkedIn and supplemented by snowball technique. 1781 responses were received and conducted a descriptive analysis. It was found ten BS are the most recurrent in the organizations studied (present in more than 50%) and seven other BS are among the least offered (present in less than 15%). It was concluded that the supply of BS prevails in five sectors of economic activity.
