The present work refers to the evolution of Brazilian cutting poultry after 1980. The overall goal is to identify how this productive segment has behaved over the past two decades in its various aspects. The main cost groups were raised, with the ration and chicks being the highest participation in the total. The evolution of chicken meat production was considered from an index based on the year 1980. The internal market item was analyzed in its two main aspects, i.e. consumption per capita and the prices practiced, both chicken live and chicken the supermarket. The evolution of Brazilian exports of chicken meat was considered in total quantities as well as in revenues earned. The percentage of chicken meat exported in relation to the total produced was also raised.Downloads
