External debt and Mercosur-external debt as problematic for Mercosur development

This article deals with the Brazilian blocked debt, analyzing its origin and its growth, as well as the external debt of the other countries that integrate Mercosur. The huge indebtedness of these countries correlates with the difficulties in the consolidation of MERCOSUR, a consequence of the external dependence generated by the debt, which makes the internal policies of each country prepared by the bodies Without prioritizing integration policies.
