Abstract

The article investigates processes of identity configuration based on masculine homosociability at the Orkut community site. Through the Discourse Analysis it is investigated the collective spaces in text production in a community characterized by homoerotism and homoaffectivity, confirming the hypothesis of collective identity existence that affirm themselves through a symbolic prejudice of manhood over the effeminated which despises differences and diversity.
