DETERMINAÇÃO DO CONTEÚDO MÉDIO DE CÁLCIO, FERRO E COBRE EM CERVEJAS CONSUMIDAS EM SANTA MARIA

Resumo

Dezoito (18) garrafas de cerveja de tres diferentes marcas foram adquiridas no comércio. Efetuaram-se duzentas e setenta (270) análises para cobre, ferro e cálcio. O valor médio para Cobre, Ferro e Cálcio foram respectivamente: 0,488 – 0,670 – 0,656 mg/l; 1,073 – 1,001 – 1,119 mg/l; 41,457 – 42,551 – 30,701 mg/l, Analisou-se estatisticamente os resultados e fez-se a comparação pelo Teste t. Abstract Three different brands and eighteen bottles of beer were bought. Two hundred and seventy, analyses for copper,. iron and calcium were made. The average value for copper, iron and calcium were respectively: 0,488 - 0,670 - 0,656 mg/l; 1,073 - 1,001 - 1,119 mg/l; and 41,457 - 42,551 - 30,701 mg/l. The coeficient of variation .and statistical data (t .-Test). were done.
