Perfil sociodemográfico e clinico de mulheres com síndrome Hellp

Objective: to describe the sociodemographic and clinical women with HELLP. Method: descriptive, quantitative approach of retrospective consists of all 52 records of women with HELLP syndrome from 2008 to 2012. Results: the sociodemographic characteristics revealed the following variables: the average age was 27.10 years; mixed race / color (65.4%); married (44.2%); Catholic (65.4%); from the interior of Piauí (51.9%); elementary school (38.5%); without gainful activity (46.2%). As for the clinical characterization it was found that the gestational risk factors highlighted were other factors (48.7%); prenatal ignored (51.9%); complications associated there was prevalence of hypertension (81.1%) and clinical manifestations more evident: blood pressure greater than 150X100mmHg (78%); edema (74%) and headache (48%). Conclusion: the results show the relationship between sociodemographic and clinical.
