EMPRESARIADO Y RESILIENCIA: UNA REVISIÓN SISTEMÁTICA DE LA LITERATURA

Objetivo: Identificar las características del comportamiento resiliente de los emprendedores que trabajan por cuenta propia en contextos de incertidumbre.
Diseño/metodología/enfoque: Se realizó una Revisión Sistemática de la Literatura (RSL) basada en el protocolo PRISMA-ScR, a partir de artículos publicados entre 2020 y 2025 en las bases Scopus y Web of Science. Tras aplicar filtros, eliminar duplicados y realizar la selección, se analizaron cualitativamente 49 estudios, organizándolos en clústeres temáticos mediante el software Vosviewer.
Resultados: Se identificaron cuatro dimensiones del comportamiento resiliente: (1) resiliencia intrapersonal, vinculada a emociones, actitudes y creencias; (2) estrategias y proactividad, asociadas a acción anticipada e innovación; (3) afrontamiento de adversidades extremas, como la pandemia de COVID-19; y (4) conexiones, que incluyen redes de apoyo y uso de tecnologías. Las características más recurrentes incluyen autocontrol, persistencia, adaptabilidad, actitud positiva, fe, optimismo y búsqueda de apoyo, manifestándose de manera combinada y contextual.
Limitaciones/implicaciones de la investigación: Escasez de estudios dedicados exclusivamente a emprendedores por cuenta propia, lo que sugiere la necesidad de un mayor análisis cualitativo.
Implicaciones prácticas: Los hallazgos pueden guiar políticas públicas y programas de capacitación que consideren, además de competencias técnicas, habilidades socioemocionales y adaptativas.
Implicaciones sociales: Al evidenciar la importancia de la resiliencia, el estudio contribuye a acciones que apoyen a los negocios autónomos, fortaleciendo su rol económico y social.
Originalidad/valor: Sistematiza evidencias recientes sobre resiliencia emprendedora, detallando dimensiones y estrategias, y destacando la relevancia de aspectos emocionales y contextuales para la supervivencia y el crecimiento en entornos inciertos.
