ANÁLISIS DE VIABILIDAD DE LA LOGÍSTICA INVERSA EN LA PRODUCCIÓN DE CALZADO MEDIANTE RFID Y CLOUD COMPUTING

Resumen estructurado

Objetivo: Analizar la viabilidad de un proceso de logística inversa en la producción de calzado, apoyado en dos tecnologías de la industria 4.0 - RFID y Cloud Computing.

Metodología: estudio de caso en una gran industria del calzado, ubicada en la región sur del país, enfoque cualitativo, con recolección de datos a través de entrevistas semiestructuradas, encuesta documental (registros digitales internos) y observación sistemática no participante.

Resultados: Los datos empíricos mostraron que las dos tecnologías analizadas, RFID y Cloud Computing, ya implementadas en algunas operaciones de la empresa, ofrecen condiciones técnicas para operacionalizar el proceso de logística inversa.

Originalidad/valor: Las operaciones industriales promueven diversas acciones para adaptarse a las normas ambientales, tanto legales, ya vigentes, como recomendadas, fruto de la presión de la sociedad, cada vez más consciente de la necesidad de cambios en los procesos que impactan negativamente en el medio ambiente. Entre las acciones mencionadas, se destaca la adopción de la logística inversa, considerada uno de los ejes estructuradores de la Política Nacional de Residuos Sólidos, promulgada en 2010. El análisis de las mencionadas tecnologías de la industria 4.0 en cuanto a su potencial para contribuir a la logística inversa, si se justifica en virtud de la planificación de la industria del calzado para introducir estas tecnologías en el sistema de fabricación.
