Abstract

We tried to establish a theoretical understanding of the formation and organization of the barrier effect and its influence on population mobility and accessibility in the territory for such an analysis, we feel a need for a literature review on urban design and barrier effect. It was, also, to figure out understanding of the concept of swinging and urban accessibility, for the recovery of the central areas is by commuting workers and students who move from outlying areas in search of better urban facilities in central areas.
