Abstract

Malignant vulvar tumors are rare and have mostly killed postmenopausal women. Porocarcinoma is considered an uncommon malignant tumor of the eccrine glands that can be seen in the vulva and that affects not only but mainly the elderly. The objective of this work was based on analyzing the cases of porocarcinoma of eccrine cells of the vulva present in the literature, in order to provide a broad knowledge about the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of the disease, whose source of written data associated with the rarity of the hereditary tumor technical challenges in managing patients with this neoplasm. The methodology chosen for this purpose was the scope review (or scoping review), which considered 6 stages of search, analysis, eligibility and inclusion of articles. It can be shown that its clinical and histopathological diagnoses still present potential for study, even for specialized teams in reference centers. Its similarity with other diseases often leads to its late discovery and occult treatment and, because of this, a diagnostic hypothesis is necessary, especially with regard to women over 60 years old and who have presented a history of evolution or regretful growth. with lymph node involvement.
