BRUCELOSE EM EQUINOS

No presente trabalho foi estudada, através das provas sorológicas rápida em placa, lenta em tubos, Mercaptoetanol em tubos e Precipitação pelo Rivanol, a ocorrência de Brucelose em equinos estabulados, semi-estabulados e a campo. Foram realizados exames em três ocasiões nos animais estabulados (sem contato com bovinos) encontrando-se 3,17% de reagentes positivos em todas as provas. Ocorreram variações nos títulos encontrados nas diferentes épocas dos exames. Nos animais a campo (em contato com bovinos) e semi-estabulados não foi encontrado equino brucélico, embora houvessem suspeitos. Nenhum animal apresentava lesão clinica de qualquer natureza. Abstract In the present work it was studied, throught of the serological test rapid in plaque, slowly in tubes, Mercaptoetanol in tubes and Precipitation in the Rivanol, the occurrence of Brucelosis in equines barned, half-barned and in the field. The examinations was realized in three occasions in the barned animals (without to keep in touch with bovines) and we found 3,17% of reagent positives in all the tests. The variations occurrend in titles found in the different time of examinations. In the animals of field (in touch with bovines) and half barned wasn't found equine with brucelosis, although there were some suspected . No animal presented clinic lesion of any nature.
