<p><em>Voluntas: International Journal of Philosophy</em>, ISSN 2179-3786, currently rated A3 by Qualis/CAPES, is a journal of the Brazilian Section of the Schopenhauer-Gesellschaft (Schopenhauer Society), internationally connected with other Sections of the same Society, especially the German, Italian, and Japanese Sections. The journal is associated with the Graduate Programs in Philosophy at the Federal University of Santa Maria (UFSM) and the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC). Its primary objective is to publish works in the form of original articles, reviews, translations, and interviews in the field of Philosophy, particularly focusing on Schopenhauerian philosophy, with the aim of fostering dialogue between Brazilian and foreign researchers. The journal is published in two sections: (i) <em>Schopenhauerian Studies</em>, the journal's original section that publishes works on the philosophy of Arthur Schopenhauer; (ii) <em>Thematic Dossiers</em>, which publish works on various philosophical topics somehow related to Schopenhauer's philosophy. Additionally, the journal occasionally publishes special issues. The journal adopts the Continuous Publication model, with an annual frequency.
